ABOUT MY
WORKBOOKS

My workbooks are more than paper, they're practical tools for emotional healing, resilience, and self-care. I createed them from my own recovery through rehab, therapy, and studying psychology. I have hit rock bottom, navigated my own childhood trauma, picked myself up and made it out the other end. These books are the result of everything that worked for me.

My workbooks are for you if you want to:
