Fair warning, when I say my audits are honest, I don't hold back. My audits fully black and white, because grey doesn't make you money. 1.1 How to book All bookings are made via Wix. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation, or once payment has been received where applicable. 1.2 Strategy calls Initial discovery calls are offered free of charge, up to [60] minutes. These are exploratory conversations. No deliverables, strategies, or consultancy outputs are provided during or following a free discovery call. 1.3 Paid consultations & strategy calls Your slot is only secured once payment has been received in full. Cancellations & Rescheduling 2.1 Cancelling a free call Please cancel free calls at least [24 hours] in advance.
