Your brand is your baby. I get it. But right now your baby might be costing you clients > and nobody's been honest enough to tell you that. I will be. I'll go through everything. Your logo, your colours, your fonts, your socials, your bio, your vibe and I'll tell you straight what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change for your business to actually reflect how good you are. I don't offer "have you considered maybe possibly thinking about..." Just clear, direct feedback and a proper action plan you can actually use. We then get on a call together and go through it all so you leave knowing exactly what to do next. It's a tough one because it's personal, but you started this business to make money and feel good about what you've built. That doesn't happen without an honest look at what you're putting out there. What you get: > Brand Strategy Questionnaire so I actually understand your business before I start > Full written action plan specific, straight-talking, no filler > 1:1 session to walk through everything together What I review: Your logo > does it represent you or did it just sort of happen? Colour palette and fonts > are they pulling their weight? Up to 3 social media channels Your bio and overall presence > are you talking to the right people? You make the changes yourself, or hand them straight to me. Either way you'll know exactly where you stand. Investment: £200 one-off*. The £200 comes off any package you book with me afterwards (just in case I blow you away with my plan and you want me to do it for you). Payment plans available via Klarna and Clearpay. *This fee covers a review and action plan. You make the changes yourself unless booking additional services.

1.1 How to book All bookings are made via Wix. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation, or once payment has been received where applicable. 1.2 Strategy calls Initial discovery calls are offered free of charge, up to [60] minutes. These are exploratory conversations. No deliverables, strategies, or consultancy outputs are provided during or following a free discovery call. 1.3 Paid consultations & strategy calls Your slot is only secured once payment has been received in full. If payment is not received prior to the call we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. 1.4 No-shows – Free discovery calls: the slot is forfeited with no obligation to reschedule. – Paid calls: no refund or credit is issued. A new booking and payment is required to reschedule. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 2.1 Cancelling a free call Please cancel free calls at least [24 hours] in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discovery calls no longer being offered. 2.2 Cancelling a paid call – More than [48 hours] notice: full credit applied to a rescheduled session. – Less than [48 hours] notice: 50% credit applied to a rescheduled session. – Less than [24 hours] notice or no-show: no refund or credit issued. 2.3 Cancelling project work If you wish to cancel a project once work has commenced: – All work completed to the point of cancellation is billable and due immediately. – Any deposit paid is non-refundable. – A cancellation fee of [25%] of the remaining project value may apply depending on the stage reached. 2.4 Our right to cancel or reschedule We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be offered a full reschedule, or a full refund where rescheduling is not possible. 3. Payments & Invoicing 3.1 Deposits Project work requires a [50%] deposit before work begins. Work will not commence until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on completion or as specified in our contract. 3.2 Payment terms Late payment may result in: – Work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. – A late payment fee of [2%] of the outstanding amount per [week] overdue. – Recovery action for the debt, including any associated legal costs. 3.3 Payment methods We accept payment via BACS Transfer / Wix Website / Apple Pay / All Major Credit Cards / Klarna
